Delicious no-bake bars combining creamy peanut butter, graham crackers, and chocolate for a nostalgic treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 2 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1.5 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1/4 cup Creamy Peanut Butter (for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and creamy peanut butter. Stir until smoothly blended.
  2. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch pan.
  3. Melt chocolate chips and 1/4 cup peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between.
  4. Pour the melted chocolate over the base and spread evenly.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  6. Cut into squares and enjoy!
