Delightful, cheesy rolls with a hint of garlic, perfect for snacking or entertaining.

  • 1 can Refrigerated pizza dough
  • 2 tbsp Butter (melted)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the refrigerated pizza dough on a floured surface.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper until combined.
  4. Brush the garlic-butter mixture over the rolled-out dough.
  5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough.
  6. Tightly roll the dough into a log, starting from one end to the other.
  7. Slice into 1-inch thick rolls and place them on a lined baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  9. Let cool slightly and serve warm with marinara sauce or your favorite dip.
