  • 3 large Eggs, separated
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cream of Tartar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Honey or sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix cottage cheese with egg yolks until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the egg whites into the cottage cheese mixture.
  5. Add baking powder, salt, and optional garlic powder or honey; fold gently to combine.
  6. Spoon the batter onto the baking sheet to form small rounds.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes, or until golden and puffed.
  8. Let cool slightly and serve warm or at room temperature.
