A blissful indulgence that combines a fudgy brownie base with a creamy cheesecake layer, swirled with luscious caramel.

  • 1 package of brownie mix (additional ingredients as directed on the package)
  • 24 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling on top)
  • Whipped cream (for serving)
  • Chocolate shavings (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Prepare the brownie mix as directed, then pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake according to the package instructions. Allow to cool completely.
  4. Reduce oven temperature to 325°F (160°C).
  5. Beat cream cheese and sugar together until smooth, about 2 minutes.
  6. Add vanilla extract, eggs, sour cream, and heavy cream; blend until smooth.
  7. Pour the cheesecake batter over the cooled brownie base, drizzling half of the caramel sauce over the top. Swirl gently with a knife.
  8. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until set but still slightly jiggly.
  9. Turn off oven, allow to cool gradually for about an hour.
  10. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  11. Garnish with whipped cream, extra caramel sauce, and chocolate shavings before serving.

For a lighter version, consider using sugar substitutes and dairy-free alternatives. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
