Delicious and cheesy bites made with fresh broccoli and cheddar, perfect for a quick snack or appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets, finely chopped
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 units eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Finely chop the broccoli florets until you have about 2 cups.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the broccoli, breadcrumbs, shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, and eggs.
  4. Form small balls with your hands and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy on the outside.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve with marinara or ranch sauce for dipping. Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
